Class Descriptions

  • Open Level Yoga -Traditional and Original Yoga Practice including Asanas - Pranayama, Chanting, Yoga Philosophy, Meditation and Relaxation.  Classes are recommended for students with some experience to Advanced level. Modifications and Variations are Always Provided.

  • Open Beginners Yoga  -This Class is designed for Students as an introduction to the Practice of Yoga.  You will learn  Basic Asanas (Postures), Alignment and Relaxation Techniques.

  • Core Awakening - These Special Classes focused on your Core will help Restore Function to your Entire Torso by improving Mobility and Stability to the tissues Surrounding and Supporting your Spine and Core. Find help to Overcome Abdominal Weakness, Poor Circulation, Bad Posture, and Lower Back Fatigue with help of specific exercises using Balls, Blocks, and Yogic Breathwork.
  • Reduce Pain Yoga - Learn techniques to reduce pain and feel better in your body. This is a gentle class. No previous experience needed.

  • Jivamukti Yoga - is a physical, ethical, and spiritual practice, combining a vigorous hatha yoga, vinyasa-based physical style with adherence to five central tenets: Shastra (scripture), bhakti (devotion), ahimsā (nonviolence, non-harming), nāda (music), and dhyana (meditation).

  • Yoga Therapy - is a type of therapy that uses yoga postures, breathing exercises, meditation, and guided imagery to improve mental and physical health. The holistic focus of yoga therapy encourages the integration of mind, body, and spirit. 

  •  Yin Yoga -  A passive practice, Yin Yoga involves variations of seated and supine poses typically held for 3 to 5 minutes, accessing deeper layers of fascia.
